Insertion Type Flow Switches

Bellow sealed paddle type flow switches has the adjustable flow settings are usually suitable for bigger line sizes and higher flow rates. Although it also can be used for lower line sizes like ½”, ¾” BSP by using suitable adapters. In bellow sealed flow switches the fluid is separated from electrical assembly by a Stainless steel bellow. Various enclosure options are available with this assembly such as General purpose, IP67, Explosion-proof to gas Group IIA/IIB & IIC.

Magnetically coupled paddle type flow switches are fixed flow setting flow switches and are very economical. These flow switches are typical flow –no flow switches. In this flow switch the lever is operated by the fluid flow which further operates the repulsion magnet mounted on the micro-switch, this flow switch is very useful for high flow low pressure, high pressure low flow, low pressure low flow applications.  

Thermal Dispersion Flow switch are more reliable flow sensing technology. There are no moving parts in this Flow switch and therefore these flow switches are maintenance free. In DTT31 series Flow switches 1 PNP/NPN or 2PNP/NPN can be offered and the Flow can be seen in percentage on the screen.
